مقتل المواطن ضياء اسماعيل الهيمد - 24 عام - من درعا , الصنمين يوم 1-10-2013 والذي اعتقل في بلدة سبينة بريف دمشق، بعد تعرضه لتعذيب شديد داخل الأفرع الأمنية التابعة للحكومة السورية و هي بالتالي تتحمل و الفرع الذي اعتقله المسؤولية الكاملة عن وفاته كونه معتقلا لديها .
killing the citizen Dheya'a Ismail Al-Haimad -24 years old -from Dara'a - AL-Snamin, on 1-10-2013 who was arrested in the town Sbina , Damascus countryside after being subjected to sever torture in the security branch of the Syrian government ,therefore hold with the security branch the whole responsibility of his death for being detained in their prisons
