13 victims have been tortured to death in Damascus: 10 of them from Qutiaifa town killed in regime's prisons and 3 from Dommar area killed in Military Security Branch

Also in 27/6/2013, SNHR documented 12 victims from Talkalakh , have been tortured to death in Military Security Branch of Homs and burned directly in Tal Alnasr cemetery
