All they have is this piece of bread to support their stomach. Wheat is a major agricultural product in Syria, yet they hardly can they find anything to survive in their own country.Incidentally, a report issued today by a Washington based agency says that two thirds of the Syrian economy is controlled by three persons: Bashar Assad, Maher Assad (his brother who is leading the criminal Syrian army, and Rami Makhloof, his cousin, a notorious business man who has made billions of US Dollars in a period of five years). Their wealth is run out of Damascus through a network of national and international investments in all types of businesses, starting with agriculture up to high tech services.
This is one of the reasons people have revolted against the regime, not to talk about the main cause.......freedom of thinking.
