Khair Allah Mansour, wasn't killed by the shell he was carrying with his hand..He starved to death..Can you imagine an adult starving to death with all what it means?!Al-Yarmouk camp for Palestinian refugees in Damascus is under regime blockade..People including children are starving to death.
