تقوم الشبكة السورية لحقوق الإنسان بتوثيق الضحايا المدنيين الذين قتلوا على يد المجموعات المسلحة بشكل مستقل تماما عن الأرشيف الذي يتم فيه تسجيل الضحايا ( المدنيين أو الثوار المسلحين ) الذين قتلوا على يد القوات الحكومية .
فقد وثقت الشبكة السورية لحقوق الإنسان مقتل 118 مواطنا مدنيا في جميع المحافظات السورية بينهم 22 طفل و 9 نساء
Syrian network for Human Rights documented the civilian victims who were killed by armed groups independently from the archive of the victims (civilians or armed rebels) killed by Government forces.
SNHR documented the kill of 118 civilian citizens in all of the Syrian Governorate including 22 children and 9 women
