The regime for decades presented itself as the champion of the Palestinian cause, yet it only talked the game. The Yarmouk Camp in Damascus holds a large Palestinian population in Syria, however, the attacks it faced & the siege it has been put under has killed hundreds of lives. The regime tried to play a PR game a few days ago by announcing it will bring aid into the besieged area (that they have put under siege). A handful of aid was delivered, only enough for dozens of families to eat for a few days. For the regime, it was a PR stunt, but for those starving it was further humiliation & pain. The picture shows many residents waiting for the aid, with the background showing the destruction the area has suffered.
